"When you trust a local insurance agent I would expect that trust and loyalty to be mutual. Instead my experience with Stacy Allen State Farm has been nothing but a disappointment. I spent 5 years with State Farm, and this agent. After thousands of dollars in premiums paid, always on time, and zero claims or incidents my policy was not renewed. The reasoning listed was someone in my household that had two accidents after moving to Alaska (not well aquatinted with icy roads). This household member was not on my policy, but somehow this was justification enough to place my policy into non-renewal. In juggling planning my wedding, State Farm threw my policy out the window dampening what was supposed to be the happiest time of my life. I’m sure there will be a well manicured response to this review, but I hope the take away is that if you go with State Farm, expect to be disappointed."

"DO NOT USE THE AGENT If I could I would give Stacy Allen a 0 star review I would, the fact they have 5 is mind blowing to me. I moved to Alaska 2 years ago and had to switch insurance, on a great recommendation I went with Stacy. I had already been with State Farm for 15 years or more. After 2 small accidents while with Stacy group I get a call from the office they are dropping me, keep in mind 15 years with State Farm and never had any accident on my record. This news came months after the staff messing up my billing several times when I bought a new car. Yet all they were worried about is if I would buy life insurance from them which they also messed up. Staff is not trained and all seem to not know what they are doing! State Farm dropping customers for having claims is crazy what is insurance for ??"
