"I walked in with :30 minutes to close and was greeted warmly and felt very welcomed. This is an amzing State Farm office; friendly, efficient, quick. Decor is personalized to the agent and displays their personality; which began a great conversation about who they are as a person, which led to them asking who I was as a person. In this age of “go on our app” and contactless ways of doing business, this was a MOST welcome change and I can’t recommend enough to go see what it feels like to do business with a real human being that cares."
